The parking area that we thought would be available to us has been closed due to the recent rains. The State Parks, Lifeguard Supervisor and SONGS Public Relations Department did their best to accommodate us, but we could not come up with a good alternative with such short notice. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I doubt that time will allow for any other events before the 18th, when they plan to start up Unit 2, but we’ll let you know if something comes up!
